Return & Refund Policy – Scentenced

At Scentenced, we take pride in providing 100% authentic niche and designer fragrances. Your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the personal nature of perfume, we must maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns:

• Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, sealed, and unused.
• Opened or partially used fragrances cannot be returned for any reason.
• To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the sealed product.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

 

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your fragrance arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
